All live classes run every week, except for holidays and closures – no holidays are currently planned. To book a class, please use the buy now buttons on the GuildfordYoga weekly class timetable below. You do not need a PayPal account to use this facility. Please email me if you wish to book more than 1 week ahead.

GuildfordYoga class styles

There are three different styles of yoga class for you to try: mixed ability, yoga therapy and holistic. Find out more about the three different types of classes.

Where are classes held?

Sessions are held either online using Zoom video conferencing software or in person at a studio venue in Guildford and Bramley. Covid-safe procedures are in place to ensure that you can practice safely. You can find full details of the GuildfordYoga venues here.

Zoom is quick, safe and really easy to use. See the Online Yoga Classes page for full details of how these classes work. Class sizes for all online sessions are kept small so I can watch everyone and offer personalised instructions and corrections as needed.

Recorded Zoom Rewind Classes

If you are unable to attend a live class either online or in-person because the timings don’t work for you – there is another option. Selected online classes are recorded and available so that you can practice at a time to suit you. Check out the Zoom Rewind Classes page for more details and to pay for a class.
