Yoga Therapy class days and times
What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy is designed to promote good health and support the healing process. The yoga poses are gentle, carefully targeted to offer precise benefits and are therapeutic in nature. Furthermore the sessions are tailored to meet the needs and abilities of every individual. Class numbers are kept low so that every participant is taken care of.
Classes last 1.5 hours and include a 30 minute Yoga Nidra meditation (a highly transformative practice that is fantastically restful). Have warm clothing and additional props (cushions or blankets) so that you are comfortable.
