I offer three different styles of group yoga classes, all sessions are informative, fun and friendly. Find out which style suits you best.
General Mixed Ability
These are challenging, physical yoga classes that will help you become stronger, fitter and healthier.
Restorative Mixed Ability
Restorative classes are focused on restoring mobility, joint health, energy levels and musculoskeletal balance and mental health.
Promote healing and transformation, whilst helping you to feel better physically and mentally.

GuildfordYoga online classes use Zoom, they are very much like a studio class – with the added benefit that you can practice in the comfort of your own home and everyone gets a front row seat.
All GuildfordYoga studio venues have plenty of space, natural light and free parking.

Private Yoga Classes
If you prefer a more personal experience 1-to-1 private yoga classes will be best. Sessions are held in your home at a time to suit yourself and you will learn and progress at your own pace.
