I offer three different styles of group yoga classes, all sessions are informative, fun and friendly. Find out which style suits you best.
General Mixed Ability
These are challenging, physical yoga classes that will help you become stronger, fitter and healthier.
Holistic Mixed Ability
Holistic classes are focused on improving musculoskeletal balance and mental health.

The online yoga classes use Zoom video conferencing software. These live classes are very much like a studio class – with the added benefit that you can practice in the comfort of your own home and everyone gets a front row seat.
We are in the process of returning to our lovely GuildfordYoga studio venues in a phased manner. All studio yoga classes have plenty of space, natural light and free parking.

Private Yoga Classes
If you prefer a more personal experience 1-to-1 private yoga classes will be best. Sessions are held in your home at a time to suit yourself and you will learn and progress at your own pace.
