Welcome to GuildfordYoga
Find out about the GuildfordYoga fundraising event on the 24th May in support of the DEC Nepal Earthquake Appeal.
Professional, authentic and affordable yoga classes for all.
I’m Luci Phipps, owner of GuildfordYoga. I’ve been learning and practicing yoga for 22 years and teaching for 13 and am one of the most highly qualified and experienced yoga teachers around. Find out how I came to fall in love with yoga.
GuildfordYoga is all about learning and practicing authentic yoga techniques that help us stay healthy and live our lives happily. Broadly these yoga techniques are:
- yoga poses (asana) to make our bodies strong and flexible
- yoga breathing practices (pranayama) to keep our lungs and heart healthy
- relaxation and meditation to lower stress and anxiety and keep our minds healthy.

GuildfordYoga Fundraising Events
To support the DEC Nepal Earthquake Appeal, GuildfordYoga will be holding fundraising yoga classes on Sunday 24th May at Bramley Village Hall. The first class will start at 10am (further classes will run at 11.15am and 12.30pm, if there is sufficient demand)
There is no charge for the class – just make a donation of £10 (more if you can afford it) to this important appeal. Visit www.justgiving.com/GuildfordYoga and book your space by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
These 1 hour classes will be gentle and mindful, perfect for a Sunday morning (or the most flexibly challenged beginner). All equipment will be supplied, see the blog page for more information… And if you can’t make that date – please just donate anyway!
“I just wanted to thank-you for introducing me to yoga. It has really changed my body and helps me to relax and I don’t think I would have enjoyed it so much if it hadn’t been for your great teaching. So thank you….”
